We are the founders of Bentley Leadership Group.

Our focus is to help you to master the tools and systems that drive profitability and productivity while empowering you to lead with lasting impact—both in the workplace and at home. 

With Alan’s background in business consulting and entrepreneurship, and Mary’s experience as a Critical Care Registered Nurse, we combine insights from both corporate and high-stakes environments to help you thrive.

Married since 1987, we’ve navigated the challenges of raising six children while building successful careers, giving us firsthand insight into balancing leadership, family, and personal growth.
